Just Another Poet

is Wales' first Youtube poetry channel founded by Taz Rahman in May 2019. The original aim of the channel was to highlight and promote the unique poetry culture in Wales at all levels of participation, for which it received its first literary commission in April 2020 from Literature Wales

The 'New Audience Creation Fund 2022' by the Books Council of Wales' is supporting April 2022-23 programming with a wider focus on promoting poetry, literature, the importance of books in libraries, and independent bookshops, literary festivals and launches, as well as an exploration of how to connect a diverse audience to poetry and poets.

The advisory board for the channel includes novelist Hammad Rind, poets Natalie Ann Holborow, Suzanne Iuppa & Jonaki Ray, nature writer Lottie Williams, and writer and former broadcaster with BBC Wales, ITV & S4C, Alun Gibbard.
